BECOMING A DSP
A Direct support professional (DSPs) is someone who cares for individuals who have physical and/or intellectual disabilities and helps them learn how to become more independent to live a quality life.
A primary purpose of the DSP is to assist those who need support to lead independent and quality lives and to participate fully in Ohio’s communities.
DSP's care for individuals, but they also help them have fun. They take them out to community events, plan holidays in our Day Program, plan fun activities, and more!
